Capt. David Hylander and his wife Sarah on a visit to Georgetown. Capt. Hylander is the Rear Detachment Commander for the 2-4 Aviation Battalion, and has responsibility for all of the family members in the Fort Hood area, as well as soldiers who may come back to Fort Hood for leave or due to injury.
